The name Santan Restaurant was chosen because it is a typical Indonesian food, so it is considered to represent the taste of the Indonesian dishes served.
With this name change, the menu served by Santan Restaurant at Horison Suites & Residences Rasuna Jakarta will be the same as all Santan Restaurants throughout Indonesia.
Some of them are oxtail soup and fried rice.
Meanwhile, several special food menus from Horison Suites & Residences Rasuna Jakarta which were previously quite well known will also continue to be served, such as salmon and martabak dishes.
“In all Santan Restaurants in all Horison hotels, everything is the same,” said Asep.
