KOMPAS.com – Suga, a member of the South Korean group BTS, is holding his solo concert at ICE BSD on May 26-28 2023.
Suga is known to be staying at one of Jakarta’s luxury hotels, tasting a variety of Indonesian specialties while at the hotel restaurant.
He showed the view of the building outside the hotel from his room window through Suga’s Vlog entitled “D-DAY TOUR in Jakarta.“
Malinda Yasmin, Public Relations of the Fairmont Hotel Jakarta, confirmed that the hotel restaurant Suga visited was 1945 Restaurant at the Fairmont Hotel Jakarta.
“That’s right, th-shoot at 1945 Restaurant,” wrote Malinda when contacted Kompas.com via WhatsApp message, Wednesday (5/7/2023).
He said that Suga visited the restaurant twice while he was in Jakarta to hold his concert.
The menu that Suga ordered consisted of Beef Satay, Lamb Satay, Chicken Satay, 1945 Javanese Fried Rice, Ribs Grilled Konro, and Wagyu Beef Rendang.

Suga said that he likes local food so he orders various local dishes when he is at a restaurant.
“Indonesian food is very popular. Fried rice is always among the five best foods in the world,” said Suga in his video uploaded on Friday (30/6/2023).
Kue Ku, the black dish in the video, was Suga’s dessert at that time.
